Service Agreement

This Service Agreement outlines the terms for services provided by Senior Concierge Services (“SCS”).

### 1. Services Provided
SCS provides technology assistance services including, but not limited to:
– Device setup and training
– Home Wi-Fi connection assistance
– Customer service call assistance
– Password organization
– Remote technical support

### 2. Nature of Services
SCS provides guidance, assistance, and support. We do not manufacture, sell, or guarantee the performance of third-party devices, software, or services.

### 3. Client Responsibility
Clients agree to:
– Provide accurate information
– Follow instructions provided during service
– Maintain control of their devices and accounts

### 4. No Guarantee of Third-Party Performance
SCS is not responsible for:
– Internet service outages
– Manufacturer defects
– Third-party service provider issues
– Software or hardware limitations

### 5. Service Completion Commitment
If for any reason SCS is unable to complete a requested service or resolve an issue:

SCS will make every reasonable effort to:
– Identify the cause of the issue
– Provide alternative solutions
– Locate a qualified professional or service provider who can assist

If additional help is required beyond SCS’s scope, SCS will:
– Help coordinate the solution
– Cover reasonable costs associated with completing the service when appropriate

### 6. Limitation of Liability
SCS is not liable for:
– Data loss
– Equipment damage not caused directly by SCS negligence
– Service interruptions beyond our control

### 7. Payment Terms
Services are billed as:
– Annual subscription: $199 per household (unless promotional offer applies)

8. Agreement Acceptance
By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
